We've Only Just Begun
Hopefully, Obama's Stimulus Package is only the beginning. Needing those 3 Republican Senators to get any legislation passed at all, Obama was forced to compromise and he had to settle for what he could get. I'm sure that Obama himself recognizes that even more spending may be necessary to jump-start this economy. He will go back to Congress to get any more legislation he needs. But, at least, he was able to come away with something in his first three weeks and I'm sure that the legislation which has already passed will soon start the USA on the road to recovery.

How by increasing the deficit even more can we SPEND our way into prosperity? And then, Obama says he plans on cutting the deficit in half?

You mean you cannot comprehend the madness behind this?
When was the last time anyone ever spent their way into prosperity?
Interesting, the amount of wealth in any given area is inversely proportional to the amount of Democrats running it.
The current Democrat controlled Congress and our President makes for a prime example to support the aforementioned paragraph, no?
