The Case That Came to Dinner
Will the Al Franken-Norm Coleman case never end? Minnesota is starting to make Bush v. Gore look good by comparison. As dreadful as that decision seemed at the time, at least Justice Scalia brought closure to the situation, ended the stalemate, and allowed the business of governing the nation to continue. When will the Minnesota courts end the current Senate challenge -- after the election of 2010?

I can't agree with that. It would have better for our country if the Gore/Bush case HAD dragged on through a full recount.
We might have skipped 4,000+ of our soldiers being killed, for one.
