Obama Is Criticized For Sending American Troops to Afghanistan

What an absurd idea Obama has -- sending our troops to where our enemies actually are -- Afghanistan. He should be following the lead of the Bush administration -- The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight. We got attacked from Afghanistan so we sent our troops to Iraq. That was the equivalent of our responding to the Japanese raid on Pearl Harbor by invading Switzerland. Al Quaida is in Afghanistan and Obama is sending American troops there. Naturally, the media is quick to criticize him. We're not accustomed anymore to having a president who sends our troops to the place where they should be.
