The Tea Party is Over -- and so are the Conservatives!

The GOP is dying because Conservatives have nothing relevant left to contribute to the national discussion about anything. This week's Mad Hatter Tea Parties were simply the Republican Party holding its own nationwide wake. This was a Tempest in a Teapot, and the Republican Teapot has been Drained to its Dregs. For this Tea Party, Conservatives really don't want to read the Tea Leaves or the Tea Bags. The Conservative Tea Party is Over -- and so are the Conservatives!

You are insane...at best. Are you kidding? Is it wrong to not want to pay taxes at already insane rates as we watch them skyrocket? Is it wrong that we don't want to see our children or our childrens children in a socialist country where government has there hand in everything? What? Oh and by the way - it's obviously terrorism to have an ORGANIZED rally...obviously we should be much more like the left at the RNC? Remember that? Remember? Let me remind you, molitoff cocktails, crapping and peeing in bags and bottles to throw at people, riots in the street, fires....remember that? You're right, obviously us right wings are the "terrorists", and you on the left are the civilized ones. Get a clue

250,000 people showed. Don't know what you're smoking to come to your conclusions but you don't get those kinds of numbers across the country in the middle of the week for nothing.

People who went were of all political stripes... they all agreed that wasting taxpayer money is an issue. Immigration rallies that drew only 10% of these crowds got more press.

Democrats ignore these people at their own risk (Republicans, too).

Most of the people involved in these protests were innocent dupes who fell for the usual Right-Wing poppycock. These Tea Parties were organized by the same old "Tax Breaks for Billionaires" crowd. The Tea Parties were of, by and for America's Billionaires, who would have been the biggest beneficiaries of the Tea Party proposals. Fortunately, most Americans now recognize this phony baloney for what it is. I hate to throw cold water on a Tea Party. But it's time to tuck away the teacups, and Rally 'Round The Flag, Boys, like the "good patriots" that you tea-baggers are.

An open letter to Janeane Garafalo

(Yes, THE less than A-rated actress & left wing extremist)
I am compelled to reach out to you today and RIGHT a couple of wrongs you hurled at John Q. and Jane Public in your most recent tirade by way of the mainstream media.
First, and foremost, a person is not a “redneck” for simply expressing their freedom of speech and right to an orderly protest. They are in fact red blooded Americans with a passion for what makes this country so great. You remember passion, right? It’s what you likely carried in your heart before your already sky high blood pressure went off the chart.
Second, how dare you accuse these same Americans of prejudice toward a Black President whose primarily White Cabinet is willingly and eagerly following him into this country’s greatest financial demise to date. WE don’t like THEM either.
You, sweetie, are the one who is prejudice. Just because you don’t share our traditional values and conservative thinking doesn’t make you correct OR better than us. Just because your acting career is a fraction of what it once was doesn’t give you the right to seek out your camera time at our expense. GET A JOB. Because, with YOUR leaders at the helm, steering their personal agendas and out of control spending down our throats, we’ll surely crash soon.
And, darlin’, this “redneck” who has lost $100,000 thus far on her south Florida condo wishes to remind you that the real estate balloon filled with sub-prime mortgages only popped in Bush’s administration; it was bought and paid for during Clinton’s. Thank you all yet again for another brilliant plan. Well, at least we have he and Al Gore to thank for the Internet, right?
Regretting I ever watched “The thing about Cats & Dogs”,
