The Nancy Pelosi Straw Man
The issue is not what Nancy Pelosi knew and when she knew it. The issue is the GOP trying to get itself off the hook for using water-boarding by trying to shift the topic to someone who was not part of the Bush administration and had little or no leverage to stop what the Bush people were doing,. They are trying to shift the topic away from the perpetrators and their authorizers and enablers. If water-boarding is wrong, then the people who did it were the wrongdoers, not someone whom they may or may not have told about it. When Rep. Jane Harmann (D-CA) learned about the water-boarding a year later, she protested, and her protests didn't do one bit of good. She was ignored. Nancy Pelosi was just as irrelevant, as far as the Bush administration was concerned. They didn't even listen to members of their own administration who protested against water-boarding. Shining the spotlight on Nancy Pelosi is simply a Republican ploy to deflect attention away from the real guilty parties. Let's hope the American people aren't dumb enough to let these GOP shysters get away with it.

If I standby and watch someone get assaulted, don't I hold some responsablity for not acting? That is what Pelosi did, on top of lying to everyone in America.
Wouldnt it be great if Americans actually held politicians accountable for their actions?
What you are accusing The Bush administration of doing is exactly what the Democtrats do on a daily basis. The Democrats are the reason we are in this economic mess. They encouraged banks to loan to people who could not afford it. Barney Franks along with other Democrats are recorded on tape saying that Fanny May and Freddie Mac were doing just fine. This is in 2004 as the Republicans were trying to stop them. If you don't believe me, check it out on You Tube. What Obama and his administration is doing now with the bank and auto industry take over should have an American concerned. Why are'nt you? It is because you are blinded by an inferior ideology. Wake UP America! Wake up before it is too late.

CIA today came out and confirmed that Pelosi knew all about the advanced interigations. This is just after Pelosi accused the CIA of lying to her.
Since then, Pelosi has been backed into a corner and has resorted to the Obama administration tactic of blaming the Bush administration. Big suprise!
When will the Democrats grow some balls and admit when they make a mistake?

The issue is that Pelosi is a liar and she knows she is. Another issue is that she and her Party will ignore the fact that they and her are just a bunch of liars. They will try to deflect attention from all their lies and flaws, but most people who are not of their Party are smart enough to not let the Democrat Socialist/Communist Party of America Crooks get away with their Crimes.
