The latest Republican piece of genius has been a couple of racist jokes -- one saying that an escaped gorilla was the ancestor of First Lady Michelle Obama, and the other having a Republican State Election Committee print photographs of all 44 U. S. presidents, with President Obama's photograph shown as a black rectangle with white eyes showing.
However, it's totally cruel and unfair to ask the GOP to stop being racist. If Republicans ceased making racist comments, they would have very little else left to talk about. Besides, it's enlightening for the rest of the country to watch this country club of Rich Old White men displaying their true colors. Onward and Upward, Dear Old GOP-KKK.

The GOP has plenty to talk about besides stupid racist comments. Where did the comments come from? Did Michael Steel say it? We could always talk about what a joke the stimulus package was. Did you notice unemployment is around 9.5%. Obama promised the country if we passed the stimulus it wouldnt go over 8%. Liar!
It just shows you what a deep hole the Republicans handed Obama when they left office. The Repugs took everything with them that wasn't nailed down. It takes a long time to dig this country out of a Conservative sewer.
Also, why are all the racist comments and jokes always coming from Republicans?
So you really fell for all the garbage the media was feeding you about the economy. I knew it was going to be bad, but laughed when Obama compared it to the Great Depression.
It sure is funny how our government has passed a "Pork Bill" to stimulate the economy, but all the states are cutting back their spending. Why are the states trying to avoid deficits, while Obama is creating a larger one?
I can't believe you have the guts to call the Republicans racist. The people who voted for Obama just because he is black are the true racists in this picture. Reverse discrimination, anybody?
And have you ever considered that part of the reason the republicans left such a deep hole for Obama was because the democrats in Congress utterly REFUSED to vote passed party lines and actually BENEFIT the country? Now, I'm not saying that the republicans don't do the same thing now that Obama is in office, but I'm just saying that you should call the game both ways. Republicans aren't the only guilty ones in the picture buddy.
