Joe Biden Tells It Like It Is

Count on Joe Biden to put it simply and best:

“We’re going to go bankrupt as a nation,” Biden said. “Now, people when I say that look at me and say, ‘What are you talking about, Joe? You’re telling me we have to go spend money to keep from going bankrupt? The answer is yes, that's what I’m telling you."

Unfortunately, Joe Biden's comment was too intelligent and too right-on target for most dim-bulb Conservatives to comprehend.

I am not sure which comment was dumber, yours or Joe Bidens. If the government doesnt spend money, where does it go? It stays in the U.S. economy. Duh!

How would the U.S. go bankrupt if the government doesnt spend money?

Dont you have to borrow money to go bankrupt?

Isnt that what our government does when they spend to much, they borrow it?

Maybe, just maybe, Joe is WRONG!

If we had done nothing, Brandon, the USA would be bankrupt already. Warren Buffet has said that "the economy was in free-fall when Bush left office, and today it's no longer in free-fall". If Bush were still in office now, then the Great Depression of 1929 would today be known as a mini-Recession by comparison.

I guess we'll find out whether or not Joe Biden is wrong eight years from today, when Biden succeeds Obama as America's 45th president.

What did Obama do to stop the free fall? The stimulus hasnt been spent, so what fixed the economy?

Maybe things were as bad as Obama told you!

Is Obama going to stop spending our money when the economy recovers?

In my last comment I ment to say: "Maybe things were not as bad as Obama told you!"
