Kenya Believe It?

In six short months, Obama is already shaping up as one of America's greatest presidents ever. Yet, here we have these "conspiracy folks" claiming he was born in Kenya. That's very offensive and demeaning to the United States. Are they saying that, in this entire huge country, we could not produce anyone of the calibre, quality and stature of Obama, and that we had go to far-off Kenya to produce a president of this brilliance and ability? I find that very insulting to the USA. Who are these Un-American fools who insist that the United States could not have produced an Obama and that we had to go all the way to Kenya to find one?

What is insulting and demeaning to the USA is the fact that this guy, on his VERY FIRST DAY in office, signed and put into effect Executive Order 13489 which bars the release of his birth certificate. He then proceeded to amass an army of lawyers and spend millions of dollars to handle any lawsuits that come his way.

He has yet to produce a valid birth certificate. Meanwhile, ALL of his relatives, without exception, say he was born in Kenya. A recent Ghanian visit prompted the newspapers there to write of his return to "the continent of his birth."

Smell anything fishy yet?

Come on -- Claiming that Obama is shaping up to be the best president ever is a laugh in itself, but claiming that anyone thinks that we had to look outside the USA to find a person with the type of "brilliance" (ha!) that doesn't exist in our own country (HA!) is one hell of a ridiculous spin job.

This is a Constitutional Law issue, nothing more and nothing less. It has absolutely nothing to do with race, nothing to do with political party, and nothing to do with the President's success or popularity or lack thereof. It has only to do with Constitutional Law. Not a natural-born citizen? Then you can't be President, preiod.

Show us a valid birth certificate, and this issue goes away. That is not too much ask, Mr. President.

"preiod" = "period"
