What's The Difference Between A Liberal and a Conservative?

A Liberal wins the lottery and throws a party. A Conservative wins the lottery and complains that he has to pay taxes on it.

Lottery winners of all stripes are uniformly THRILLED when they win. I don't see anyone complaining about anything when they win.
