The Republican Big Tent -- Crazies, Crazier and Craziest
The difference between "Neo-Con" and "Conservative" has been obscured by the fact that they both represent the backbone of the Republican Party. The Republican Party has become a Big Tent -- Crazies, Crazier and Craziest.

Not true at all. Conservatives are nearly completely absent from the Republican Party these days, let alone "represent the backbone" in any way, shape or form.
Sure, the MSM makes it a point to always refer to Republicans as "[Staunch] or [Hardline] Conservative Republican Senator/Representative So-And-So," while referring to Democrat congresspeople as simply "Senator/Representative So-And-So" -- they'd never say "Hardline Leftist Liberal Senator" or anything even close to that.
But in reality, despite the media labeling, the term "Conservative Republican" has become virtually an oxymoron, with very very few exceptions.
To lump them all together under one big "conservative" tent would be, well, crazy.
To say that a "Conservative Republican" is an "oxymoron" is a statement I can certainly agree with. I just can't tell whether it's more "Ox" or more "Moron".

And yet ANOTHER reply that you've promoted to a separate blog headline! Gotta love that tactic; it's so...juvenile.
See my response to this newly-promoted stupid little comment, under that headline.
