President Bush's "Death Panels"
In 2003 President Bush signed into law an expansion of Medicare which included the same end of life counseling that the Democrats are proposing to make optional in the new health care reform bill. So, in all fairness we would have to consider that the first death panel. Somehow, in 2003, no one seemed to mind this counseling and it was never termed a “death panel”.

"Connie Rhodes "Birther" Challenge Thrown Out, Taitz Scolded"

She was warned. Lawyers with frivolous lawsuits have always been on notice.
Thank you for the info, Reaper. I have added this "Birther Challenge" news story to the Blog. Thanks for the heads-up.
Huff Post is really gathering steam.
Seems to me Faux has about 30 percent of the audience. That leaves 70+ percent that don't watch Faux and listen to the other "liberal" news sources. Therefore, Huff can really grow.
And it's funny that 30 percent of the population still thinks W did a good job. What percent of the US are extremely religious people? Hmmmm, probably just a coincidence.
W ain't no good Oboma is worse. Mrs. Clinton care to take a try.

How about Van Jones for President? Do you want to draft him?
