The Garbage Obstructionist Party Strikes Again

The Health Care Reform bill passed the House yesterday by a vote of 219-212 -- without a single vote from the GOP.

The Garbage Obstructionist Party Strikes Again.

The GOP: All for the Big Insurance Companies and the Super-Rich --- Zilch for the Middle Class and the Working People.

How can you even say this when the new reform bill mandates that we all buy insurance from the "big wealthy insurance companies" or be fined by the IRS/government (which in turn will go to those companies to pay them for policies) If you ask me, this is a big windfall for those companies---even if they do have to make some concessions and changes---they are still going to be writing more policies than ever.

You should be happy Case, your big company fat cats will be getting fatter. Aren't you happy?

The "Garbage Obstructionist Party"

Delicious words CJP!! Yummy!!

Yes, I think the phrase "Grand Old Party" has become an obscenity.

My new phrase is a little milder ---- and much more accurate.

You mean to say the republican are blocking the garbage the democrats are throwing at America?

What is this a new mantra? Pass anything and we will deal with the details later. Nothing is more dangerous to this country and the taxpayer than that direction. The 2700 page healthcare bill should be an awakening. Wait what that disaster brings. Politicians are completely out of control. Currently it is the Dem's but the GOP is just as bad. We need all new leaders. The old ones have warn out their welcome. Vote independent. Or for that matter vote socialist, at least you know what your getting. We voted in a dem and got a socialist. Make no mistake, that is what Obama is.

JHC Anon, you cons don't bat an eye about a 700+ billion per year defense budget, but whine like little girls about a 100 billion per year health care bill. I guess spending is ok, as long as it's spending on what cons want.

The $800B is out of control as is the entire federal budget. Justifying a proposed $1T spending program over 10 ten years without any details is ludicrous. In addition establishing the presidents "army" is unconscionable. No one knows how it got into the healthcare bill. But is you want an education instead if just reading blogs, read through SEC. 430. ESTABLISHING A READY RESERVE CORPS. page 1311 for some really scary stuff.

What a Load of Crap, Anonymous.

Obama saved us from Socialism -- or worse -- which is what we would have had if the Conservatives and Republicans had had their way and not allowed Obama to save our capitalist economy -- which he has done -- as you can see every single day by reading the stock market results.

Conservatives are so full of bull -- it's painful.

First I am neither a conservative or a liberal. I read and make my own conclusions. What is a Load of Crap? Obama saved us from Socialism -- You are delusional. Read the definition of socialism and see where he stands.

Obama to save our capitalist economy -- which he has done -- as you can see every single day by reading the stock market results.

You think the stock market level is an indication Obama saved capitalism? You really need to take some economic lessons.

Conservatives are so full of bull -- it's painful.

What is painful is reading blogs posts from people that do not have any thought capabilities.

Leave out the Bill and Crap and post something that makes sense.

Bull - Typo

Yah, right. You, the cons, and the teabaggers, all sound the same to me.

Does anyone on this site have a mind? Or, are you all blind followers? Is there is no one on this site that can articulate anything other than rhetoric? You all deserve each other. One stupid statement and the rest applaud. Truly alarming.

I argue with conservatives, liberals, socialists, communists and any other one one dimensional minded person. Argue facts based on what is going on now not what happened earlier. Since social Security is failing let's blame FDR and not the politicians who robbed the funds over the last 30 years. Both parties were power over this period, both share blame. But, why not find a solution, or try to. The fact is there isn't one comprehensive thought out of the bunch here.

What mindless nonsense it is to call Obama's policies "Socialism". It's total Bull. And, that's no typo.

How do I know your solution is to privatize Social Security?

This sounds like the old Evil Anonymous from a while back.

CJP does your vocabulary extend beyond "bull?" Also, if yo want to educate yourself, read the definition of socialism and see how many points apply to Obama.

RayGun - at what point did I mention privatization? Is it this site's agenda to put your words in other peoples blogs. Let me get ahead, I didn't say to privatize Medicare or Medicade either.

Can either of you stay focused on the discussion. Prove to me with facts what you are trying to say. Do either of you know how to do that?

So what do you suggest Anon? Can you give an example where your SS suggestion is currently working elsewhere?

And Anon, I can give 36 examples where health care is working better than it is here (the US), and at half the cost.
