James Carville, 2010's Paul Revere, Sounds the Alarm About Today's Right-Wing GOP Lunatic Fringe

From James Carville -- May 11, 2010:

Sometimes a headline just says it all - POLITICO: Rove, GOP secretly plot vast network to reclaim power.

Yup, Karl Rove and the same swift-boat crowd of crazies that believed no smear was too disgusting, no blow was too low, and no lie was too outrageous to elect George W. Bush is now back with a vengeance and coming after President Obama and House Democrats, including DCCC Chairman Chris Van Hollen, this year.

As I told the good folks at Politico when they were writing their story on this, there is nothing that makes people hungry like being out of power. Wanna know just how hungry this crowd is?

One of these Rove groups already got commitments of $30 million. Another one set a goal of raising $70 million to elect Republicans to Congress. Thanks to the Supreme Court, these lunatic Republican groups can fund their fear-mongering attack ads with all the special interest cash they can get their hands on.

All of this so they can take us back to the days of protecting big health insurance companies, big banks on Wall Street, and big oil companies just like the one spewing oil into the Gulf of Mexico right now.

Thanks,

James Carville

Isn't James Carville married with a CON? He's always waaaayyy too gentle and polite, a typical Dem.

Add extremists such as the birthers, teabaggers etc. and all these have become/are the CORE of the CONS.

That lt col (one of the birthers') who appeared on Anderson Cooper 360 is one of them. A doc for 18 years in the army, always followed his superiors' orders and now he refused because he doesn't accept Obama's birth certificate as being genuine. And that regardless of all the proof/facts out there. He never questioned any of his superiors if they were born in the USA. That darn racist pig.... one can see it in his face/eyes. He's on youtube. I loved Anderson going at him real good!!!

Hm, Terry Lakin is the name of the birther.

Here's a link of the last appearance with AC. There was a previous show when the con talked more. This time he's hiding behind his lawyer.

Here's a link from this Terry Lakin racist (who is imo committing treason) on Youtube. There are more of them on youtube. Try to find the 1st interview with AC360.

He should be stripped down to his bare bottom and thrown out of the army.... perhaps thrown in jail.

Do the democrats not raise money for their elections? Oh thats right they are backed by big labor unions trying to take over this country by promising people things with other peoples money. Sounds like the unions and democrats have alot in common.

This guy is a deranged nut case who belongs in a psycho ward, not in the US military.

Speaking of the psycho ward... Go see on Huffington Post, close to 16,000 posts from concerned citizens about the the con bags next leader.

Damn, back to stonings, burnings, and other fun stuff. Cons really want to go back in the past now. Sure wish cons would quite telling others how to behave.

Terry Lakin is a "racist pig" because he does not wish to submit to the leadership of someone he believes to be committing a felony?

In his eyes, Barrack Hussein Obama's notorious birth certificate is not convincing. He, therefore, believes that Obama is not a naturalized United States citizen. Which, if this is true, means that Obama has been committing one of the most serious felonies possible for a year and a half.

Would you continue to serve someone without question if you believed that they were a felon? of course not...

It has nothing to do with what race Obama is, if he were white and born in Germany he would still not be eligible for president. So to call Lakin a "racist pig" simply proves that one is an ignorant bigot who needs to stem the flow of bowel movements exiting his mouth.

In addition, to know so little about the TEA party movement as to call them extremists automatically discredits ones entire argument. If one were inclined to be a slightly intelligent individual, they would take the time to read a few articles, and listen to a few ideas presented by the TEA party so that they may actually understand whats going on, rather than scrutinizing the interior of their rectum all day.

What about everyone that served under w (who lied about Iraq)?

My Dear Mason:

Anyone who refers to our president as "Barack Hussein Obama" is an obvious moron, and not worth responding to.

Likewise, anyone who is still making a fuss over Obama's "notorious" birth certificate. The State of Hawaii has just passed a new law, saying that its Health Department can ignore future requests from
"birthers" for copies of Obama's birth certificate. We at this site have been ignoring comments from "birthers" for months. It's about time the State of Hawaii caught up to us.

As for the Tea Party Movement, it has very little to offer other than a massively funded attempt to restore political power to Rich Old White Men.

I think all cons that voted for w are complicit in his war crimes and I should be able to take action accordingly. Are we all now our own judge and juries? Guess thats the con freedom they are always harping about.

am i to believe that you think that democrats dont collect money from special interests? Is that what you think? Both parties do it and both parties are in bed with big business!! All president Obama is about is gain more power for the government..plain and simple. Just look at what he is doing, trying to take over health care, banks, and now wall street. Whats next? Im tired of people remaining blind to the fact that the democrats are just a freakin dirty as the republicans!!! Im done with both of the parties!! None of these politicians can be trust and we should vote every single one of them out!! As for the BP thing that is happening in the Gulf!! Our wonderful government decided that BP didn't need to have a safety shut off valve because BP didn't want one cause it was too expensive. When did that happen? Under your messiah Obama. So before you go and point the finger here and there look at both sides. Politicians cannot and should not be trusted. Put your faith in the common man. People are generally good and want to see good spread throughout the world. Politician just want power and money they have proven it time and time again.

Is that not his name? What are you talking about?
To Mason and Anonymous: There is a double standard with these people. The dems do the same things that the republicans did/do, the difference is that when the dems do it it is magically OK. Don't expect consistancy, logic, or fairness. Take lovely ANON2 as an example. She claims to be a "lover of mankind" and that she "cares about her fellow man", yet her posts DRIP with hatred. She's a barrel of fun!
You are right. These people have NO CLUE what the TeaParty Movement is about, or they wouldn't call them "extremist". It is again, an example of inconsistancy. In their eyes that TeaParty is "dangerous extremism" but the demonstrations in Arizona, complete with violence and vandalism is perfectly okay...

The teabaggers are attracting the Palins, the Becks, etc, so they are actually cons on steroids.

Why can't you cons keep the religious nuts out? You would be easier to live with if you did. And then maybe I wouldn't have to pay for so many kids educations etc.

And if you teabaggers are so damned religious, why did you name yourself teabaggers? More hypocrisy?

As always Jim you remain the democratic fruit fly.

What drives you is the fear that truth brings. And brother, every policitian in Washington better duck!

When America discovers how much lobby or special interest group money pays the political process (ALL PARTIES JIM) they will excercise the only true power we have. Replacement of all incumbents will level the field and allow us (THE AMERICAN PEOPLE) to excercise our ultimate power through election!

Do you cons ever get it?

Casey said...

Hey Thomas...Did you read Culture of Corruption? Great book by Michelle Maulkin. If you haven't read it yet---get it. It will turn your stomach. If only 40% of of it was true, it is still scarey stuff!

RayGun said...

"If only 40% of of it was true, it is still scarey stuff! "

I have to agree with you, from what I read, she only lies 60 percent of the time. That has to be a con record.

Casey said...

RG---you DID NOT read it. And I said IF. You have no evidence that she has lied at all! Actually I think that it is ALL true. She footnotes everything and as far as I know---I haven't heard of her being sued by anyone for slander or Lible. I think that I may have worded it wrong---what I should have said is, IF YOU ONLY WANT TO BELIEVE 40% OF IT---it's still scary stuff! Try reading it before you make such brash statements.

RayGun said...

I was giving her a compliment. I googled "Michelle Malkin lies" and came up with far fewer articles than I usually do about any other con icon.

No words needed for the article below except to say that if the CONS would rule, lynching about everybody who isn't a WASP could return. No MIXED races, different creed, religions etc. are accepted by CONS. To a con, a life doesn't have any value once out of the womb.

http://www.politicususa.com/en/fox-news-racism

Excerpt:

"Fox News Echoes Rand Paul’s Claim that Racism and Discrimination Are Rights

FNC contributor John Stossel was on Fox News’ America Live today where he voiced his agreement with Kentucky GOP Senate candidate Rand Paul that part of the civil rights ought to be repealed so that businesses can discriminate based on race. Stossel said, “It’s time now to repeal that part of the law because private businesses ought to get to discriminate… it should be their right to be racist.”

Gd, he thinks exactly like I do, but is 50 times as funny.

I don't know about that one A2. They kill abortion doctors but let people die in the streets from lack of medical care.

Seems a con believes life has a value only in the womb, and once out does not have any. They are a little wacky. Err, a lot wacky.

Yes, I did and like you agree with him and think he's quite funny, most of all intelligent funny!

If a private business wants to define their private laws according to what Rand Paul wants, then EVERYTHING should private at their business location.

Lets make the line between private and public property perfectly clear. If it is your property use your own resources to protect it and to exercise control over it. Stop all the public provided services that help you exert control. If a gang comes in your lunch counter and wants to take it over don't expect the police to help, don't expect the courts to intervene. Lets make sure to not blur the distinction. Quit using public resources to provide services for your property. No 911 for ambulances and no firemen battling your fires. GET YOUR OWN DARN PRIVATE PROTECTION if you want to do what you want on your business property.

Only the ones who are familiar with Rand Paul what he stands for and the civil rights law will understand the above.

A truly outstanding article:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/brian-ross/with-friends-like-rand-pa_b_584665.html

Excerpts:

Rand Paul may be the vanguard of a new Tea Party politician, which should cause one party to get down on its knees and give thanks: The Democrats. The Republican Party has been infected by frustrated Libertarians, Fox-frenzied white angsters, white supremacists, and more nuts than you can cram into a can of Brazil mix. You do not need a political MRI machine to see the cancer in the GOP body politic.

Until anyone associated with the Bush Era congress is gone from the GOP, don't count on them getting much forgiveness from those angry, ignorant, rudderless folks who are looking for a gourd or a shoe to follow, to lead them out of all of this minority-induced "change" in the wilderness and back to the Promised Land of the mythic White America that Ronald Reagan told them to love as he rode off into the sunset with a nuke in each holster and his white Stetson.

Right now, the Right, Tea Bagger-filled clown-cars and Libertarian pie throwers included, are pushing for new, even more dogmatic candidates like Paul, who will drive even more socially moderate and fiscally conservative Republicans out of the party. They are now living in the same no-mans land of not being Democrats, but not having a voice in a real party, that the Libertarians and other other states rights splinter groups enjoyed for 200+ years."

Go Tea Baggers. Thanks for your help. Maybe we can get the country back on track.

You two do really entertain each other, don't you?

It's funny that Rank Paul wants the fed gov out of schools, I wonder if he wants my pocket book out of schools also? My bet is no.

These right wing extremists will not be happy until we have a theocracy with witch burnings, stonings, and other fun stuff. After all the con created financial calamity, is really just God punishing us. Simple, simple, cons.
