Thanks to social programs created by liberals! Who needs education or work ethic, the liberals will take care of you. People 60 years ago had respect, work ethic and were willing to sacrifice to get ahead. Today most people want something for nothing and the liberals have created an entire segment of our population who are dependant on government. How pathetic!

No, I am not saying you will be the 2%! Only 2% of tax payers can be in the the top 2% of all tax payers. Duh! But this idea that the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poor because of taxes is stupid.
I know its hard for liberals to understand but why dont we attack the problem not the symptoms. Help the poor help themselves and stop hating the well off because they did what everyone else should be doing!

The vast majority of the top 2% made their fortune on the backs of workers just like you and by having outsourced and created overseas jobs instead of creating them right in the USA. These fatcats are getting TAX PRIVILEGES for outsourcing JOBS!! It pays to shop jobs overseas, by lower wages etc. and tax benefits received by the US government. These fatcats do NOT create jobs in the USA, the small businesses do!

Those poor suckers have been brain-washed into supporting tax cuts for the top 2% and gutting every single social program that gives anyone else in this country a chance to succeed. They believe in Feudalism -- everything goes to the Top 2% and everyone else is a vassal, a servant, a peasant and a slave. The worst thing is not that people like Brandon don't stand a snowball's chance in Hell of success in this current economy. The worst thing is that they have allowed themselves to be brain-washed into voting against any possible government program that might give them even the slightest smell of success.

Your so full of shit! Why do you think I support Feudalism? It would seem that liberals would believe more in it than conservatives. Lets think why do we ship jobs overseas? It cheaper! Why is it cheaper? Because government intervention and unions. I think its safe to say that liberals are the ones killing jobs here in the united states.
Also I support tax cuts for ALL Americans not just the wealthiest 2%. I would love to see lower taxes, simplified tax codes and smaller government. What do you want? Higher taxes and bigger government killing more American jobs?

No...A good start would be to LOWER the corproate tax rate. Our corporate tax rate is one of the highest in the world. That's when the jobs started leaving the country!
Higher taxes DO NOT stimulate growth. Look around the world. look at your beloved Europe. What is happenig there? Your way doesn't work. The programs, entitlements, high taxes. It kills economies eventually. it is unsustainable! How can you watch what is going on in the world and NOT see that?
BTW---when I became unemployed, I could have sat on my butt and collected unemployment checks for 99 weeks, but really didnt like the life style. So...I re-invented myself and started my own business and I am doing great! Actually making more money now than I was before. Yes, you CAN make it in this economy, It takes hard work (I do work longer hours to some extent) and it takes determination and the resolve to not sit and feel sorry for yourself. the more you keep telling people that they cant the more people fail.

Actually, I would just be happy if you could come up with 1 US city that has been progressively run, that has less unemployment, poverty, crime, and better schools...I won't hold my breath. There isn't one. The fact is, the "progressive" or liberally run US cities are in the most distress. The most liberal States are in the most trouble.
More programs, & higher taxes, and all that you advocate have not saved these cities or states and have not improved the quality of life.
The republican party as a vassal of the fat cats has been collaborating in pillaging the world, resources and their citizens. They're kneeling down to praise and pay homage to their exploiters - the fat cats.
These fat cats are ruling the world. They don't care about the USA or any other country while making obscene profits on the backs of exploited low wage slaves.
The world doesn't consist of 300 million Americans. The emerging countries such as China, India etc provide ultra cheap labor and part of that fruit is being consumed in the USA. You will have to ask for lower wages than the Chinese and Indians get in order for jobs to be created in the USA. For that to happen you need to lower your expectations of fulfilling the American dream.

What do you purpose we do? Increasing the cost of labor and raising taxes sure will not stop jobs from going overseas! Raise tarriffs and lower min wage. Why dont you stop and think about what kind of jobs we are losing, low paying jobs a monkey can do? Why do liberals hate giving jobs to those who dont want to educate them selves? Why is every liberals on this blog against lowering min wage? What would it hurt?
